    sveng v LTSB

UPDATE YESTERDAY Letter received from SC&M (dated 7th June) acknowledging safe receipt of my bundle of documents. TODAY Letter received from SC&M (also dated 7th June) informing me that LTSB will be SETTLING MY CLAIM in the next 5 working days The money's in my account already, I can't believe it! They are about £300 short though :-| Is it worth trying to bash them for that?? Will be pursuing them for wasted costs, methinks! Will keep you posted and will sort out CAG's percentage ASAP! Many many many thanks to all! x:)x

    sveng v LTSB

Hi, guess I should've started my own thread ages ago! Timeline as follows: 23rd Feb - 1st letter to bank 6th March - template rebuttal received 12th March - 2nd letter to bank 30th March - claim filed at MCOL for £2300 13th April - acknowledged 27th April - standard defence filed, no AQ required 1st May - 5 min small claims hearing allocated for 15th June 9th May - full details of charges & account sent to court as requested 1st June - court bundle filed to court & served to SC&M (thanks to CAG for template witness statement and thanks to shadeofblue, mistermind & notlam for T&C excerpts ) Today - no documents received from SC&M, sending 1st non-compliance letter.
  3. Hi, am sending 1st non-compliance letter to SC&M today.. I hand delivered my bundle to them & court on Friday (the address for SC&M is actually a LTSB office building & they were most unwilling to take it since a package 'scare' at the Andover office).. Needless to say have received nothing from them. All proceeding as textbook so far
  4. Johnsworld - thanks for the advice That's great your court has been so helpful - Worthing county court have told me they can offer me no advice whatsoever! Have just read today about these SAR letters. I never sent one of these to the bank as I found most of the statements for the entire time I've had the account and any missing ones I got printed (for free) at my local branch. Is this a problem now I have a hearing & document submission looming??
  5. Hello, I'm putting together my bundle to send to SC&M and Worthing County court (hearing is set for 15th June). I have the basic court bundle and have read through most of the info in this thread, but I'm slightly confused on a couple of points: the OFT report to include in the bundle deals with default credit card charges, not bank account charges, I am unsure whether to include this or not. Also in the contents page of the court bundle there is no heading for the witness statements as detailed in this thread, do I need to include all that too?
  6. Hello, I've been a member here for a couple of weeks.. I have filed a claim to Lloyds TSB for £2,300 plus interest. On Friday I received my copy of the defence (standard 9-point defence as I had been expecting) and a letter instructing me to fill in the Allocation Questionnaire, but no AQ itself. Having phoned the relevant courts back & forth a few times I eventually found out that they are NO LONGER ISSUING AQ's for cases of this type! Now I just have to wait. I am slightly worried that the bank now have more opportunity for delay as I'm not able to submit the extra direction orders and the request for stay applications to be denied. Please let me know if I've missed a post on this subject -Sveng
