  1. Thanks, I am going to send them another letter asking for them - it could double my claim!!!! Worth waiting for I reckon. Thanks again:)
  2. I wrote to Lloyds TSB asking for all info on me for last 6 years (DPA). I recieved it and they owe me around £3000 in charges since Sept 2001, they said they needed to go into archives for any info before that date. But I now want to claim for charges since I opened my account 12 years ago. Do I have to write to them with a new request for all my information or does my last letter cover me for all information since my account was opened? Basically, if i requested a particular date on my initial letter do I need to write again with a new date (the date I opened my account) or does my initial letter and £10 cover this? Their initial 40 day period runs out next week and I'm not sure what to do:confused: All help greatly appreciated
  3. Hi, I'm new to this site and sent my DPA to Lloyds on March 1st - do they have 40working days or just 40 days?? More importantly, I wanted to know what you guys think. Last year Lloyds were going to take about £550 out of my account for charges, I called them and after a very stressful convesation about the fact that I could not afford that sort of money in one go they offered me a loan to pay the charges. I took it - it seemed the only option as I didn't want to miss any direct debits etc.... Do I just claim as normal - I think this is irresponsible lending - what do you think P.S I am so petrified about this process, all your help would be great
