Right ok Ronvin, I had this problem. Have you emailed them, I seemed to get a response from that. Also i found it hard to get Kate (who was dealing with my case) to phone me back, so I went through Krysta and explained what had been happening and she got Kate to phone me back. She did about an hour later and agreed to settle. send them an email tonight, that way they have it first thing in the morning, then give them an hour and start phoning. Oh please do not wait for a letter, just phone them first thing in the morning, make sure you have your up to date figures in front of you. They will settle with you, i would be very surprised if they do not. as i say they settled mine. Go for it, do you have the numbers to phone? Caz

You will still have to pay the £100 fee for the AQ even if it has been dispensed with. When you phone ask when you should expect a date through, i did and was told at the end of June and low and behold a date came through the next day for the 21st June.
