National debtline will put you in touch with CCCS - they have got my accounts frozen with MBNA good luck!!! -
after i received charges back from Nat West i was left with £100 overdraft which i am paying with a D.M.P , since i got the money put into my account ive not received any statements, i asked at my local branch and they said its becouse the account is with cccs. cheers .

send DPA to c/o Stuart Higley Nat West customer relations 225 shenley road Borehamwood wd6 1te also write on the back of the £10 postal order only for DPA request..

hello Laiste. soryy for jumping the thread im in same boat as pixie, im paying MBNA with a DM plan ive sent MBNA A DPA ive not sent a CCA,iv,e rang cccs to tell them to stop paying MBNA becouse the money im paying isnt enough its being eaten away with intrest ect basically how can i get them to freeze intrest ??

MBNA use to ring me on my mobile until i lost my phone,never told MBNA my new no so , i rag from a phone box and the geezer at MBNA said is this your new no i said yer, so they will be ringing a phone box up , never give these **** your number . -

accept the offer then they put it into you account after that start with the rest they owe you start with the prelim letter as before..

intrest charge is £23 and late fee £12 so they must be something wrong rang MBNA today and they said as before they need a budget plan from me not cccs so they can freeze the account looks like i will be paying for ever. -
hey power gen im with power basically ive a problem, some bloke read my token meter then i get a itemised bill why thought the bloke read my meter,ok its a token 1 they should know what i pay. surley after some 1 reads a meter its a true reading why estimate.

dont phone send a leter from templates then ad to it that if this is the way you treat customers you will take your custom else where keep me posted , adverts in the paper virgin[edit] make ya sick..

sent my prelim 14 days ago just received this letter from Borehamwood, thanks for you recent letter ,we do not agree with the basis of your complaint. we believe that the charges we levy are for providing services and that they are not penalties or charges for default. furthermore we believe that these charges are fair. having reviewed my case as a gesture of goodwill we are prepared to offer£ 350 direct to my account. any charges that accrue in future will be applied to my account should i accept i dont know what to do any 1 else had a reply like this from prelim letter .

listen im getting hassle from virgin here goes in jan this year i set up a direct debit paid feb install ment , now i changed banks from NWB who i had the DD i rang virgin sent a letter asking for a DD form for my new bank details got nothing . i missed march payment then i get my bill wait for it service charge £19.99 plus £10 late payment , so whats happening im going to the tabloids about them adverts in the papers ect. so what do i do is it the same procedure as the banks advice very welome .

hope im not hijacking ur thread its that i had a credit card with Nat West been with a DCA intrum justitia for over a year can i claim for charges and if i can what advice can you advice me cheers. do i send a prelim letter to Nat west cards .

what happens after i request a CCA i did sign 1 when i got the credit card from Abbey,I dont see what the hassle with MBNA is as they are receiving money from me . -

yes its gone to the dogs since they took over , i tried to get a direct debit changed to a diff bank , i rang them only to be told ive rang wrong dept, last week sends me a statement with charges, ive sent a letter to them saying if this is how you treat your customers im going elswhere.. -

its only a credit card just got a statement from cccs , cccs arent much better than DCA s , all you get is you got to pay MBNA .
