  3. yes but breenan stands for us all not only will natwest be looking but all banks i think brennan will win his action like i said on above thread its about time we had the truth from the banks of the real cost of fees. look at it this way one bank how much does it make from us the customers all of our cash in one bank millions in intrest then on top of this we have the charges// fees from me and you. a bank makes millions good luck to the man on justice to us all

  4. lucky does not come into it. fact does i think its about time someone with a bit of bottle stands up in court and fights for the rights of everyone who ever has had charges removed from accounts if the law of our fantastic nation understands one mans fight for justice on the real cost of bank charges the law should make banks tell us the real cost of charges. brennan i take my hat off to you everyone in the uk will be willing you all the way to justice when i say everyone i mean us as customers of the rip off bank system got my champagne on ice.however if the legal system within our great nation goes with the banks it would show how the courts have let us all down i can only see one outcome out of all of this.

have your glasses ready and drink a toast to mr brennan. as delboy would say. who dares wins

  5. Lloyds have not many cards to play or any other bank. if we are to claim return of our bank charges from them like we are.i think we might get a dirty trick on return.my problem is.ie like your overdraft.asked for a secured loan with blackhorse to pay off a few loans so we have one outgoing payment we should receive the loan agreement in a few days now iam thinking if we go for this with blackhorse and we claim back funds with Lloyds.both are the same company of banks.we might withdraw our loan with them just in case we pay off all of our lenders then find blackhorse doing something like asking for full payment back with intrest after we had paid everyone off. we trust knowone banks take without notice what a sham of a banking system we have

  6. hi everyone just to say like you got a reply from tsb look at my received letter you can look at mine on page 2/ 3 pages from this. i past my first letter into my branch and got the bank manager to sign for it.also got his name received my letter back in days.lba will send by reg post good luck to you all

  7. hi doo. you need first to send experian a e/mail or send a letter to them with your details or send letter to your loan company or bank etc.it looks like as you said take our cash and run. leave us with the aftermath of defaults.( TAKE NOTE) if you click on your credit score from exerian you will be charged £4.50 which i did not no and experian did not tell me when i signed up to the free 30 days . each time its £4.50 be warned of this ghost charge by them. good luck

  8. hi diamond. what i did with experian is the same with your problem. i sent experian a e/mail regarding defaults over 6 years and items on my report had not been up-dated got a nice e/mail off them in-return. which stated experian will look into it for me noticed experian have put a note on my file. here is what experian said. on return of e/mail by them.

Thank you for your query received on 30 March 2007.

In view of your comments about bank, loan company and , (taken names out) I am writing to them for you. This is because I cannot amend your report without their consent. I will let you know what they say as soon as they reply.

While I investigate your comments, I am adding the following statement to the entries you have queried.

"THE ACCURACY OF THIS DATA HAS BEEN DISPUTED BY THE INDIVIDUAL CONCERNED AND WE HAVE NOW CONTACTED THE SUBSCRIBER. CARE SHOULD THEREFORE BE TAKEN WHEN USING THIS ITEM OF DATA TO ASSESS THE CREDITWORTHINESS OF THE INDIVIDUAL CONCERNED."

Your report will change in the next seven days. Please use this letter if you need proof in the meantime.

I am telling all the companies that have searched your credit report in the last six months of the change to your information.

I note your comments regarding( loan company) and would advise that we keep settled accounts on your credit report for six years from the date of settlement. Therefore this account will be removed on +++++.

I note that you wish to find out more about( loan company) and would advise that their contact details are as follows:

(name & address removed for security reasons)

I also note your comments regarding your credit score and would advise that lenders will take into consideration how your accounts have been conducted in the past and you will be scored positively for maintaining a healthy payment history. However, lenders wish to lend responsibly and so will take into consideration the level of your existing financial commitments. Lenders will also wish to easily verify you at your present address. Therefore, there are factors that may cause your score to be low even if you have maintained up to date payment histories in the past.

    These factors include:

    - Significant recent credit activity

If you have recently made more than one application for credit and/or have opened several credit accounts, lenders can be worried that you may be over-committed. This will lead to a reduction in your score. To improve your score you could reduce the number of credit applications you make in the next few months.

    - Significant number of open credit accounts

Again, due to the fact that lenders wish to guard against over-commitment, if you have a number of active credit accounts this can reduce your score. In order to improve your score you may wish to close any accounts that you no longer use.

You could lose a significant number of points for several searches (usually two or more) or having a lot of existing available credit even if all such agreements are always paid on time.

I would advise that your defaulted accounts will have a significant impact on your credit score.
