I have recently received my Bank Statements. In addition to excess charges, which i can easily calculate. I have also found that Lloyds charge an Acct Fee and O/Draft Interest Fee. I need to understand whether i can reclaim all or part of the interest fee charged to me for using the OD facility. The OD facility is set to 500.00, but have an agreed limit of 4000.00, so the interest would be charged on exceeding the 500.00 limit on a monthly basis. I believe I cannot claim for the acct fee, which would make sense. thanks Chelseaz
