I recently wrote to Natwest to ask them to send me a list of all charges I had had to pay with them so I could try claim them back. They wrote back to me saying they would comply for a further fee of £20. Has anyone else had this problem with them? I don't know whether to pursue it or not because I don't want to waste another £20 if down the line I won't get all my charges back. Many thanks
