I think this is the route I will go in. I do work for a professional body (connexions). If I get a negative response, I figure I will take it to the telecoms ombudsman.

Hi, Just got a ticket from Haringey. I pulled over to let my missus out of the car at a bus stop. She got out, car still running and I then moved away. They got me on camara. The contravention says I was parked when I wasn't. Can I appeal this or do I have to pay the bas£ards. Thanks i nadvance for any help.

Hi, I have received a letter headed 'Notice of Intened Prosecution - Redlight Offence' to my address. The name on the ticket is wrong. For example, if my name were James Smith, it is addressed to a 'James Smith Smithery'. I don't even recall going through a red light. How should I proceed? Thanks
