  2. yer the letters are the same more or less no - dont wait for acknowledgement - sometime they ignore you sometimes they dont i had an offer to both my halifax loan prelim and lba but nothing on my halifax cc and they paid out the same
  3. a legal eagle at HBOS said to me today "we will be settling your claim in full" carry on
  4. no it will not be harder to claim for if its a charge its a charge
  5. nope not on my loan account all charges were labeld 72D on my statement and varied from £20 to a whopping £50

  11. but, your prelim letter gave them 14 days you lba gave them another 14 days the court action gave them 28 days why the hell should they be allowed another month ? its blantant misuse of the court system imho

  14. money claim to be filed after post on monday becuase its over £1500 how longer does the allocation questionnaire add onto the timeframe ?
  15. fast approaching 1 month on this whats my next step ? can they claim they didnt recieve documentation ? do i have to notify them that 1 month has passed ?
  16. just a thought, how will they be able to claim they didnt get the documentation through about the claim should they do this and apply for a set-aside, if they respond to the default judgement - seeing as both were delivered to the same place ?
