well done sea-sidelady, just read your thread. My head was wrecked at first but see were your coming from. Am going for the lot. when i,ve added the 8% it will take it up to over 6k. At the end of the day its my money. Thanks for that

hi change it, recieved letter from halifax saying it would take up to 8 weeks dealing with my complaint. Should i just go ahead now with my next letter? Thanks blue eye
