Well, after reading the FAQ's etc for the best part of a day, and The Cobbett Slayer's epic battle vs the powers that be, I'm about to start my own little journey. Will sort out a new account first though, as per advice from all and sundry. Have read the step by step guide and have my Natwest contacts, but if anyone has any specific advice, am all ears!
