Well my cheque still has nt been cashed looks like they are wmaking me wait the 40 days:mad:

Shes not sure but was at the bank yesterday and no longer has a select account as i brought it to her attention and they changed the type of account she now has . Funny thing is though shes still got same account number.

Its no reclaimable . My mum did nt even know she had a select account but as from today she has nt.:o

Thanks again bigmac. Geezo im on a diet and could do with a big mac lol anyhooo its a service charge she says. Im all printed off ready to send recorded delivery tomorrow. I think my mum will have hers through before i even get my statements for HBOS. Her charges are £914 so if it goes to court my mate in durham says i can use her address.

Thanks bigmac but it does nt say what these 4 quid fees are but they are coming off every month this year they are up to 7 quid.Its listed as an account charge .

Ive got my mums statements and going through them puting the charges on the spread sheet there are lots of things saying accountcharge / fee £4.00 am i to include these too?

Hi there My mum has asked me today to start her claim for her. My head is buzzing after going through her statements ( i ve not even got my own yet lol ) anyhooo i ve got a list of her charges and was wondering if you could point me in the direction of the letter and spread sheets to fill in. Her charges are £956 without interest.8-)

I can pay into my card cash account over the counter and withdraw small amounts. Also if i had 7.80 in mine i could withdraw a tenner and the 2.80 would come off my next deposit.

Im not i want them yesterday lol . I just want to know how much im due. I think it will only be ablout 500 but its better in my pocket than theres. I will give them a call tomorrow and see what they say.

Thanks allybee i sent a cheque requseting them so if they cash that and charge me a fiver thats 15 quid lol . suppose it will cheap in the long run.
