I'm new to this site. Well I've been registered for a while and have written to my credit card companies and banks asking for money back. I'm in the process of the "before action" letter and also taking Egg to court. Sadly I can't take Egg to court YET because I don't have the money to pay for the court fees. I will be doing that in the next week. The charges I have incurred have mostly been due to mistakes on my part - not realising I was over my limit etc. But one bank did take £500 off my account in charges in one month because of the mistake of another party.
