Hi my mother in law has just had this done to her and i was wondering if anyone could help me to get these payments back she couldn't get in touch with them by phone or email and couldn't even see her credit report she has just looked at her statements and they have taken about 4 payments of 29.95 from her bank. She is 68yrs old and i need help with this is there anyone on here who can help me please. Thankyou Lisa.

I have sent off the SAR quite a while ago now will i still be able to carry on now as i was waiting for the test case to finish and only just found out that it had already. I have got to the point of adding up all my charges. Help needed in what to do next. Thanks

Hi mistermind sorry i went with B & E in 2004 and something happened in that time i am not sure what but here are the statements before middle and after. 07 december 04 - 07 january 05 balance brought forward £2,296.73 31 dec payment received - £5 closing balance - £2,291.73 07 january 05 - 31 january 05 Balance brought forward £2,291.73 31 jan payment received £5 31 jan charge off account - £2,061.53 31 jan refund of interest - £225.20 closing balance - £0.00 07 february 05 - 07 march 05 balance brought forward - £2,286.73 28 feb payment received - £5 closing balance - £2,281.73 I never closed the account nor got any correspondence from egg that they had done this, should i just ring them?????

While going through statements i have come across 10 Aug Misc outstanding balance £582.91 min pay due £11.66 Monthly interest rate 0% *Finance Charge* £1.22 Is this right or not or am i just silly

The interest rate on this is abit wierd when i took out the account i could have sworn it was 0% for six months or something like that but as i go through the statements it shows that at the start it was at 0.944% in may 01 then goes up to 1.019% in sept 01.

Hi all I have been with Egg for about 6 years i am currently unemployed and on benefits. When things started getting out of hand my husband decided we should go to B & E to get the finances sorted out. Long story short finished with them took finances back on myself. Been paying Egg £5 per month for a credit card owing £2200 approx. Missed one payment in october. I received a phone call from a company called "CSL" and they went through all security etc and asked if i could pay the outstanding amount i couldn't. I made a token payment of £10 which was oct's and nov's to bring it up to date after that i kept getting phone calls from them asking me to pay the outstanding debt to the extent of getting family involved. I told them no and could only pay them £5 per month. My friend told me about the problems on CAG site that people were having with CSL so i started to follow some of the advice people were getting. Not giving them any details over the phone with out getting written proof first that stumped them. Then i get various phone calls every other day ish still not giving them my details then one day i say that the only way that i will talk to anyone is when i get written proof saying who they were and what account they had taken over. Instead i got the "YELLOW CARD" i had enough so i sent out a CCA on the 24th Nov 4 days before they were due to come out and see me. I have not heard anything back as yet and they are over their due date. What to do next????

I had the YELLOW card sent to me so i replied by sending off a CCA letter they were due to come out on the 28th nov i sent the cca on the 24th and i am still waiting for my paperwork to come to me or anyone to come out to me.... i am slightly confused as to what to do now myself :confused:

I am in the process of dealing with CSL myself i have sent them a S.A.R. and not heard off them since i am still waiting to hear from them. Not sure what to do next myself
