  1. Thanks Bigmac Versus - I needn't have worried, today we received an offer from NatWest of £1623 - so we said yes as it was nearly all we were owed - result. Thanks everyone for putting your messages of hope on here, I would never have won without them.
  2. Thanks - so should I retype my list, missing out the couple of £10 charges or just send it again as it is with my letter - gleaned from someone else here saying I am not going to answer the CPR 18 request. Also if I do change the list - which has already been sent to the Bank, the Solicitor and I think to Moneyclaim where do I stand?
  3. We have got to the stage of receiving a CPR request from Cobbetts and have a query. I am making this claim basically on behalf of my husband as although the bank account is in our joint names I have had nothing to do with it for years. We wrote out a very simple list for our claim with no interest or anything, just three columns date charge amount and copied exactly what it said on the copy statements we received. The problem is for a couple of years my husband had an Advantage Gold account which (god know's how) he was talked into getting. I don't know the exact date this started as it doesn't appear on any of the copy statements. There was a charge I found out later of £10 a month for this and we saw very few £10 charges on the statements but put them all down anyway. There are lots which are just called "charges" and some "referral charges" for £60 so there is no way of knowing which are the AG account charges. Will the bank have a way of knowing which are which or will we get into trouble for writing them all down on our list?
