  3. Thanks guys. I wander how many people have given the DVLA details OTHER than their residential or traceable address????
  4. Anyone know of any good PO Box companies? i am assuming to Data protection, the PPC cannot get my home details from the PO BOX company?
  5. I know, but I am curious to know if it is possible. Any advice appreciated.
  6. Hi, I noticed even though a person is the legal owner of the vehicle, the vehicle is registered in a different name and different address. Is it possible to do that? Any other ways to prevent car parking companies getting my actual details (apart from actually over parking)?
  7. Hi guys, i was recently parked for 4 hours, 1 hour past the 3 hour limit at a tesco carpark. A few weeks later i got a letter advising me I have to pay £70. I called DVLA and asked them why they would give out my details without my permission to a car parking company. They said that if the car parking companies have signed up with the DVLA and if they show reasonable cause that the rules/offence have been broken then the DVLA were legally obliged to hand over vehicle details. is there anyway (apart from not over parking) to prevent my details from being given to these companies from the DVLA?
