Thank you scott,i found out the answer after i posted the msg,bit hard doing researching with a 2 y.o. wanting to play computers at the same time as me.

Hi All, i have had my statements and sent off a request for the repayment of my bank charges,but today the TSB have replied saying they are not willing to cancel my charges i take this as a refusual to repay me,i am correct in thinking this? And is the next step a letter to TSB threatening legal action? or do i start legal action straight away. Has anyone else had this problem? Many thanks. Phil
