Hi, A stay was placed on my bank charges case against Barclays Bank. As my case was due just a short while after the OFT announcement, I belive it was one of the first. It was a stay of 6 months, meaning it will 'expire' (excuse me if this is not the correct term) in mid Feb. My question is what do I need to do? WIll the court contact me or will I need to go to contact them? Thanks
