ok, how long should i give them after requesting the balance? and if they go over that deadline do i enter judgement but just for the court fee plus interest up to judgement date?

i can enter judgement today but the bank credited my account with the claimed charges yesterday, minus the court fee and claimed interest. do i still enter judgement or ask for only interest and court fee through the mcol system?

HBOS (dunfermline) wrote to me to confirm they will refund my charges, but this did not include the court fee or interest, after i rang them they said they did not have a record of the court proceedings as it was dealt with by a seperate dept. they said to ignore their offer and await contact from the other dept. i can enter judgement on the 14th april, so should i wait to do that or inform the court that i've had a partial admission??

i can log in and look at my own claim. and it lets me begin creating a new claim.

you need to put a rocket up their arse. if it's anything like where i work, things don't get done until the matter is bought to the attention of management. try a fax/call to a manager at the company or an email to the chief exec. it'll then get prioritised.

i've issued court proceedings and intended to enter judgement on 14/4/07.

had a letter from the bank today (HBOS) advising they will reimburse my charges but no mention of the court fee or interest.

do i contact them and remind them they owe interest and court fee or reject and enter judgement as they have not settled full amount claimed?

i posted my LBA letter to HBOS on 20th February and it was signed for by them on 22nd February. should my 14 days begin from when i posted the letter or when they received it?
