  9. Thanks for the replies just got home and rang them to sort it out as I think £100 a month was more than enough with what outgoings we have. We setup the agreement over the phone when they sent the very first letter saying they would send bailiffs if we didn't get in touch. They charged us I think £150 for the two separate council tax bills even though I was unhappy with the one £75 charge even worse having to pay for each council tax order but had to bite the bullet and agree to them if I wanted to set up the agreement and stop bailiffs coming round.
  10. Can the bailiffs demand more money once an agreement has been agreed and have paid for the last three months on time? I came home today to find a letter from Jacobs saying with regards to the £100 a month agreement that's in place for some time (3 months) that due to the length of time their clients allow them to collect their debts that they must review this agreement and need to increase the payments. Can they do this after an agreement has been setup? It's for council tax years ago around £1200 and the council did an attachment of earnings but due to the
  11. Is anyone able to help with what to do or if the law states that signage should be on all entrances to a car park and you shouldn't have to go looking for signs.
  12. The sign is on the outside of the car park facing the road. The postcode is BL3 5QU
  13. I need some advice on something with regards to having to display signs within a car park. My mum went to the local co-op on a Sunday evening around half 4. There is a car park at the side of the co-op which is free to park and thought it was the co-ops car park. She is a disabled badge holder and now in hindsight she should have put them on the dash but as she didn't realise it's a council car park and clearly being well out on the outskirts of town a traffic warden shouldn't even be around that area as it's nowhere near anything. So she entered the car park and
  14. Well they come and took the car first thing this morning and even though i jumped in the car to stop them they still put it on the tow truck and when the police turned up they just said if i dont get out they will arrest me. they wouldnt show me the bill of sale or any other paperwork other than a piece of paper with just a court stamp on it dated the 10th may which must be from when i re-signed the papers on the 30th April. Well dont look like i can do anything about it now they may aswell just have the car and with the money just buy a cheap run around for now
