Does anyone know what this test case means? Does it mean that up until the test case Nationwide will not be paying out any money.

Hi Was wondering if anyone can advise me please I have not had a defence entered on my mcol after waiting 46 days have pressed the judgement button which has been accepted and it now says start warrant can anyone please advise me on what to do now as I seem to be the only one this is happening to.

they havent entered a defence having read the link it says to give them more time, but reluctant to do this has they have had enough time already

hi I filed it on the 30/03/2007 it was acknowledged 4/4/2007

I have received an acknowledgment of service but not a defence not sure what to do now as the link i have just read explains what to do if you have not received either of these

hi could someone please help me my money claim says i can now continue judgement by default does this mean the bank have to pay me the money or is it more complicated than that.

Hi everyone I am just about to request my statements from Nationwide but have not opened a parachute account yet looking at other threads they close a lot of accounts, was wondering if they have closed any from requesting statements. Thanks

thank you have just completed the mcol very nervous, am going to send off copy of my charges to Northampton Count Court, is there anything else I need to be doing.

Sorry one more question I am filling out the mcol have come to do you want to reserve the right to claim interest. I am thinking yes but just want to make sure as I dont want to get it wrong. Thank you very much

Hi Just about to enter my mcol today I am working out my daily interest rate do I add the 8% to the charges total when working out the daily rate anyone please.

Thanks Pete not due to enter it until friday just getting ready thanks for your help. once I have entered the claim do I need to send a copy of my charges to the court and if so will the mcol give me their address sorry for all the questions.
