    Sorry Guys you have all tried to help, I did not get back here till 11.00pm last night after doing my care rounds totally stressed. I was waiting for papers to arrive to defend my case did not receive anything so thought maybe they have dropped it, it is possible?? I defended the claim on MCOL since then not a word has passed.     OK I will get it scanned in, it is the Borough of Barking and Dagenham Council. also apparently my Granddaughter's boyfriends sister got one of these and did not pay, but will do as you said. Thanks for your time Sorry forgot to mention it is council owed and she has no knowledge of any parking permits in place. Mashmallow

    Thanks for helping I will get the original from my granddaughter. Section 4 0f the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 DVLA record show that she was the registered keeper on the 26/6/2016 at 2.59 when PCN was issued by PVM UK limited. Place of convention was Benedict Court, RM6 Display apparently says "Parked without clearly displaying a valid PCM UK Ltd permit" Date of posting the notice is 26/7/16 Date this notice is given 28/7/16 £100 is now due. I hope this is sufficient information at present. Thanks Guys Mashmallow

    My granddaughter sometime stay around her boyfriends flat which his sister rents, they have no parking permits and never have received a pCN, my granddaughter around 3.00 am received a PCN saying she was not displaying a valid PCM UK Ltd parking permit. Is this right? her boyfriend and his sister do not display parking tickets not have they ever had to apply for one. A man apparently sits around the block watching for cars. Can she dispute this as I think it is a bit strange. Mashmallow

    Lowell Portfolio Date of issue – 7th June 2016 What is the claim for – 1.The claimant claim is for the sum of £774.31 being monies due from the defendant to the claimant under a home shopping agreement regulated by the CCA 1974 between the defendant and JD Williams under account ref etc., and assigned to the claimant on 20/12/12 notice of which was given to the defendant. 2.The defendant failed to maintain the contratural payment under the terms of the agreement and a default notice has been served and not complied with. 3.The claim also includes statutory interest pursuant to section 69 of the county courts act 1984 at a rate of 8.00% per annum a daily ra of £0.17 from the date of assignment of the agreement to 20/12/13 being the amount of £62.22ate of £0.17 What is the value of the claim? 966.53 Is the claim for a current account (Overdraft) or credit/loan account or mobile phone account? cat debt When did you enter into the original agreement before or after 2007? 8/8/07 Has the claim been issued by the original creditor or was the account assigned and it is the Debt purchaser who has issued the claim. lowells Were you aware the account had been assigned – did you receive a Notice of Assignment? Not aware Did you receive a Default Notice from the original creditor? Maybe about 6 years ago cannot remember Have you been receiving statutory notices headed “Notice of Default sums” – at least once a year ? NO Why did you cease payments? 2007-8 What was the date of your last payment? Not sure Was there a dispute with the original creditor that remains unresolved? Yes

    I have posted a similar thread before for Brian Carter is he the same as Lowell if so just wanted to clairify the first course of action is to go on MCOL site and defend all, secondly request CCA, the original date of account was 8/8/07 and I did pay something but am more than sure I have not paid anything to them in the last 6 years. Please can someone just let me know if this is correct course of action. Greatly appreciated Mashmallow
