Hey, I'm a 20 year old hoping to start the ball rolling against the Co-Operative Bank for the last 2 years or so of charges I've aquired. I reckon it's going to total circa £1000, just about to go get the statement requisition. Only being 20 I'm quite worried they're going to try really hard not to pay up, but just reading through a few of the threads in this topic I see another user recieved £1200 without having to get past the first letter!
