Starting a new claim with hsbc, whereabouts would I send my data protection act letter?

Well that was fun...not Just sat down with a huge wedge of statements (ones I could find, still some months missing) from 2004 to present and we're at almost the 3 grand mark... Guessing it may be something like 3, 200 by the time we get all of the statements from natwest.

Wow that's excellent news. I'd be elated also and hope I'll be this lucky (i'm not that lucky hehe) Congrats!

Well here goes! Printed off the letter requesting statements. We have an address that a natwest customer services staff member gave us (customer relations, freepost, borehamwood) but we're not sure if we should send it there or to the branch...

Hi Just thought i'd introduce myself. I stumbled across this page from another site and have been overwhelmed with all the info to take in but myself the mister are taking our time and trying to take in as much as possible so we're prepared. We're about to send off for statements going back at least 5 years from the Natwest and hoping that at the end of what could be a long road that we're perhaps going to take on HSBC also. Little on the nervous side but I feel empowered by reading all the success stories, hints and info. Our family are being hugely supportive, mum calls daily with bits she's read in the newspaper and dad was coaching me last night hehe so we'll see how it goes!! Mags
