thanks for all the help so far im totally useless with computers so the spreadsheet is doubledutch!! im starting to manually write out each charge with date and ill send that of to them, if it goes to court stage i can always enlist the help of a friend for the spread sheet etc

hi all i sent my letter for return of fees on 3rd march and have just had a letter from the bank requesting a full breakdown of all the charges applied to my account with dates, my query is do i have to set out every charge with dates etc for the 6 years as there is over 300 of these, is this a stalling teqnique as they have the same statements as i have?
