  1. I have a CC with Halifax and made a CCA request over 2 years ago, they never replied to my request at the time and with other issues going on I forgot about it, since my CCA request I've continued to pay the minimum amount each month, this month, I missed a payment and there now chasing with letters, should I remind them my about the CCA request I made over 2 years ago, or issue a new CCA? This CC a/c is around 8/9 years old.
  2. Of course Pondy, my claim is only for £293.00, and with limited funds that I have, I'm sure every penny will help. Without the members and this site, I would have never have achieved my goal.
  3. 3 days prior to attending court, Lloyds agreed to transfer the full amount of my claim into my account. For those that may have reservations about proceeding, go for it. May I just say a personal thank you to those who volunteered their time to assist me, your support, guidance, and assist has been very much appreciated.
  4. Hi I have now received my court date: Friday 29th June 2007, (Next Friday) I am slightly nervous to say the least. Oh, btw, I have had difficulty trying to post over the last few day's, I can access the site, and the forums, but when I click on to add a comment within my thread, the thread does not open, I get a message about internet explorer has to close, is it a common problem on the site? Thanks in advance
  5. I have contacted the FO, now waiting for complaint form from them.
  6. OK Rory, will do, thanks very much for the advice so far.
  7. Hi Rory And that’s what happened, the letter said the usual 8 weeks that was back in April, I waited the 8 weeks, as I did not have the finances to pursue through the courts. Now the 8 weeks are up, I have just received a letter confirming the charges are correct. I have called them and told them I was a member of this site, and I would seek further advice from here, the lady said she would get someone to "Review" my case, although she could not give me a time scale, what does that mean please? If they still refuse, is that the end for me as I do not have the funds to issue a court claim. Thanks in advance
  8. Michael, thank you, I'll take your advice, and stick with my original claim.
  9. Hi Pondy I was thinking, as this is now at the court process, my claim is for £265:00 plus court costs = £295:00, I have not charged the bank any interest, although I was thinking may be I should now as they have stalled for so long, any idea how and if I'm allowed to do this? Thanks
  10. Hi Pondy Once again, thanks for the information. They are very naughty . Thank goodness for that I have followed your advice, and done as you have suggested. I think I should be Ok, if I have done as you suggested. Again Pondy, I cannot thankyou enough
  11. Hi Pondy Thanks very much for the guidence, and assistance, my claim is only for £295:00, I cannot believe the lengths the bank are going to. I have AQ form N149, rather than write the complete section "G" would it be Ok for me to copy and paste section "G" within the template letter and submit it to the court, once I have completed the nessassary spaces? I'm confused about the following paragraph within the template letter: "The Claimant shall within 14 days of service of this order send to the Defendant and to the Court: a) A schedule setting out each charge repayment of which is sought, showing the date, amount, and reason given (if any) for that charge being made; b) Copies of any statement or other document relied upon as showing that each and every charge has been made; c) A statement of evidence of all matters relied upon as tending to show that the charges are irrecoverable as penalties or otherwise; d) Copies of decided cases and other legal materials to be relied upon. If the Claimant fails to comply with this order, the claim will be struck out without further order" Does the above relate to the spreadsheet that I submitted to the court when I filed my claim? I'm worried about the part I have highlighted in bold. I have received Lloyds defence, I won't bother wasting yours or anyones eles's time in posting their response, and I think it's a general auto reply which they submit for every case. Your time and dedication is very much appreciated
