Hi all 1st time poster here. But I have been reading the various posts, threads, etc. over the last few months to gain an insight into how to proceed. Well I have finally took the plunge and gone for it. I have just sent off my claim for the refund of my RBS charges over the last six years, its amazing how it all adds up well over 1000 pounds. These charges have caused me a real headache over the years in trying to keep my head above water, as I am a carer for my elderly mother, and trying to live on the meagre funds (joke) that the goverment:-x hand out is very hard. It has caused me to have a nervous breakdown last year, all to do with money problems, so if I am lucky in being able to get a proportion of this back it will help me no end.
