    I'm in the middle of claiming from NW at the moment, the 28 days served by MCOL are up this week, but reading through the threads there seems to be no real pattern to the way they deal with everyone's claims. Will I get a cheque through the post this week?, or will I get a court date instead?

    I've just had my letter off Cap 1 yesterday offering me a full refund of £1194 and they say that I'll receive the cheque within 14 days, do I contact MCOL on Monday to stop the court process or do I wait to receive the cheque/cleared first?
