I am about to start legal proceedings on Thursday against Lloyds TSB and I am a bit confused about what address to put in the claim, it is the branch, head office and if it is is it against the Scottish or English HQ? Hi Gordon (see I got it right this time!) I need to lodge court action against Lloyds on Thursday. You wouldn't happen to know what address to take this action out against? It is very confusing as I know they have a HQ in scotland and in England. Thanks Tess

Am I allowed to file my claim in England against the banks H.O address. All my mail from them comes from there, my letters in this claim have been answered from cUSTOMER SERVICES DOWN THERE. Any idea ?

Hi there Just joined the site and I am really encourage by the successes and determination of everyone trying like me to get "our" money back. I have just started my claim against Lloyds TSB for around £3400.00. Next stage is for me to file a claim in the small claims court. What I need to know is can I claim against lloyds Tsb's seat in England, even though I am based in Scotland. The reason I want to do this is that the small claims court in Scotland will only cover claims up to £250! Hope you can help and good luck everyone. Tess x
