Hey I got my judgment through against Lloyds TSB today. Bank Charges - Lloyds TSB Bank plc I've posted my documents online at the link above as they may be helpful to others. I had an order granted with certain steps to be taken, on the terms that if they didn't comply, their defence would be struck out. I complied with my bit but they failed to comply with theirs so I submitted an application notice to strike out their defence quoting CPR Rule 3.4(2)© and enter summary judgment against the quoting CPR Rule 3.5(1)-(5). The order to strike out their defence and enter judgment arrived today. It's a shame it didn't go to a hearing really - I think my statement of evidence was pretty good and I would have loved to see their reply to it. I guess that they weren't able to reply to my arguments.
