Hi, just had a letter regarding bank charges from coop bank. I was claiming £228 of unfair bank charges, the letter states 'as a gesture of goodwill' I will credit your acct with £119. Is this exceptable, are all other banks doing this, only paying out half? Maybe I should take the offer as a bonus! Thanks

Hi, yesterday I had my letter from the Co-op Bank stating what charges i had been given in the last 6 yrs. Am I right in saying that I can also claim the debit interest? The Coop also did not charge me the £10, result! Thanks for your time
