  1. Still not received my money, its been 45 days since my last letter from lloyds agreeing to repay my bank charges within a few days. I've sent a letter to lloyds on the 26th March asking about the delay and requesting the money be transferred within the week. I had no response to this letter. Is anyone else having problems with delayed repayments? Is this just a delay tactic for lloyds? I'm not sure what to do now???
  2. Its nearly been a month since lloyds agreed to payout, still no money. Has anyone been paid out recently? I'm thinkin of sending them another letter today If I cant contact by phone. Has anyone got a contact at lloyds for issues like this?
  3. Congrats on the pay out, I'm still waiting for the money to be transferred into my account after lloyds agreeing to payout last month. Anyone got a phone number for customer services? Matt
  4. Cheers PKea, I have tried calling them, its always engaged. I will send them a reminder letter as you suggested.
  5. Yes I have it in writing. The paragraph states "Generally we don't agree to adjust any of these charges, but I can tell you that on this occasion we are prepared to repay you £348. then it says "This sum will be credited to your account number ending **** in the next few days. Still no money today:x
  6. No court claim needed on this one It seemed. Lloyds agreed to payout after LBA letter. This is my original post http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/lloyds-bank/67566-omg-30charge-lloyds-tsb.html?highlight=OMG%A330CHARGE
  7. Hello Is anyone else having problems with lloyds paying the money back into there account? I got my confirmation of repayment on the 26th Feb, saying the sum will be credited into my account within a few days. Still have no money. I rang in last week to be told , they are having so many calls and cases to deal with that there might be a delay in repayment, upto 40 days. Anyone else having this problem?

  9. Update On the 26th of Feb I received a letter saying on this occasion we are prepared to repay you £348. The sum will be credited to your account in the next few days. 8 days later still no money, maybe they are busy at the moment

  13. Hello everyone I'm trying to claim back my bank charges since Feb 03, I have a total of £350 not including interest. I know this isn't much compared to some peoples claims, tho its the principal for me, when I had the charges I had money problems and the charges didn't help me at all. I sent my first letter asking for my money back on the 11th Jan 07, received a letter back from them on 17th Jan telling me they have received my letter and will get back to me within 2 weeks. I waited till 11th of Feb and then phoned them to ask about my reply letter. They said they had sent one???? They then sent a copy next day. Letter came on the 12th Feb saying they are sorry I'm unhappy about the account charges. they then said they make there charging system as fair as possible and cant agree to cancel the charges. mentioning they can refer the complaint to the Ombudsman. they then wanted to close the file by the 20th March. I faxed and posted a letter back to them "13th Feb " saying...... I have not received a satisfactory response, I am writing to inform you I intend to claim the full amount claimed together with interest up to the date of judgment and court fees in the proceedings through the county court. I look forward for a full response to this letter within seven days, otherwise I will commence court proceedings to reclaim my money. Not heard anythin back from them since. I've tried to call the phone number and all I get is engaged tone anytime I call. Going to give them another week till I resend the letter asking for a reply. Thanks for any advice
