Hi Guys Im currently comming up to my first year in an IVA, and feel i cant cope with the payments that they want from me. Im trying really hard to stick to the budget that they gave me for my food, fuel etc, but i am always pennyless half way through the month, and sometimes cant get to work as i have no fuel in my car. What is the situation about me becoming bankrupt now? Anyone in BR? do you have to pay the OR payments every month?? Any advice would be grately appreciated.
