I'm not sure if I can to be honest - I had to send a postal order as I don't have a cheque book!

Just thought I'd give this a bit of a bump to say that I've still not received any reply and, by my calculation, it's been more than 40days now. Also, when realising this just now, I also realised that I stupidly forgot to send the SAR recorded delivery - so they could easily just say they never received it and I can't prove otherwise. Do you think I should just start again, send another SAR (this time recorded, obviously)?

Hey all, I've been lurking around a while now, reading about everyone's successes but been too nervous to start my own claim. Well today I finally bit the bullet and sent my SAR off to their head office - it begins! I hope I have as much success as everyone else here
