Hi I have received a letter for Cap One today stating that they are unable to look in to my inquiry without a letter with copy of my signature, I also got any other letter from them regarding a PPI refund request stating the same but requesting a copy of ID as proof of signature My question is what do I do regarding a letter with my signature?, I am happy to send a copy of my DL do you think this will be sufficient for both requests? Many thanks in advance

They have said that i will need to contact Cap 1 and if they find that the information is incorrect they with contact the credit reference agency and it will then be amended.

Thank you, it is nice to be able to talk to people who dont make me feel guilty Yes some of them have PPI, MBNA are sending me cheque - which I dont quite understand as I owe them money and I would of thought they would use any refund against my debt. Nationwide have told me that I will be getting a refund - they have said it is going to take a couple of weeks to work out how much I rang First Direct who have sent me a letter confirming my complaint and that they are looking into it and that I need to give them 8 weeks I am sending a letter to GE Money - from what I have read I am not holding much hope for that one! I have a small debt with Littlewoods which I would love to send a Full and Final offer to Monument - I am sending them a letter - again I dont think I will get any where with them these are the only one that hasnt sent my debt to debt collection and the last one is with Co-op - No PPI on this one but the debt collection agent have in the past sent me an offer of Full and Final once a year and I am hoping when they next send the offer I will be in a position to accept and pay them off

I realise that now, I think at the time I was just happy I didn't have to think about how much I owed. GP have been very difficult to get any information out of them even my current balances! I only managed to get info out of them when I said I was using the info to try for mis-sold PPI. I have worked out that it is going to take another 10 years to pay everyone off, so even if I cant afford to increase my payments over that time by not paying GP at least I will cut a couple of years off. When I mentioned this to them they said that the creditors wont deal directly with me - I have rung each of them and they are all more than happy to deal directly with me as it will mean they get £30 a month more between them. I realise that its my own fault for getting in to this mess and I have been sticking my head in the sand since 2002! but I also realise that I need to take the bull by the horns so to speak!

Hi I have already got a DMP in place with Gregory Pennington ( it has been in place for over 9 years) and I would like to start doing it myself as it would enable me to apply their charges to my debt. My question is how do I work out pro- rota?? Many thanks inadvance
