why cant you add a claim for the interest without going to court?????

its so confusing as so many websites say different things. can i just send the letter saying i want £2,200 back. then if no response send them another letter saying i want charges and interest of £xxxx amount. do i have to do the spreadsheet and send them a copy? ohhh this is so annoying why cant life be easy

why cant i open these spreadsheets??? what is contractual interest???? will i have to go to court if i add interest??? did i work out my interest correctly??? i found the calculator on here and typed in how much i want back in charges £2,200 then i told me i should claim over £1,000 interest is that right or i am having a blonde moment and done it wrong????

so i need to do a letter just asking for my £2,200 then if i go to court i can also ask for 8% interest

hi this is all new to me. we have just got our 6 years of statements and charges are £2,200. how do i add interest and how much do i charge? according to the bank statements they charged us 29% can i charge the same?????? i thought i saw a calculator for the interest on here somewhere but cant find it. someone help please.
