Right ,ive been with the yorkshire business bank since 95 and always had an overdraught of about 4 grand re-newed every year without question and they charged me about 100 quid for the privlidge. Last year the wife was very ill with nerves and i had to come out of work for 6 months so for the first time i hacked into the overdraught.when it came up for re-newal in november it was declined with the provision that it would be reduced by 250 quid a month until cleared,so that left me with a 4 grand overdraught,then lo and behold DD knocked back and bank charges accrued,and a letter on christmas eve saying if i dont pay them back the boys are comming round, so i rang them up and asked about the overdraught what we agreed,to wich they replied, it was decided that you should have no overdraught at all....when can we have our money back. Nice People...

Whats does TSRGD,s Mean?

I did appeal and got a letter back saying i quote, The PCN was correctly issued as your vehicle was parked in a disabled drivers bay, the bay was clearly marked and you did not display the relevant badge,your reasons for parking there are not acceptable as grounds for cancellation of the PCN.... Heres the other photos i took on sunday, as you can see on other parts of the car park it ranges from, signs worn out on the floor but at least has signs on the wall, to some bays having complete signs, to where i parked with no sign on the floor and none on the wall...

Ime gonna go tomorrow morn when its empty.....

Before you say its a blue badge signe, these signes are all over the car park with or without disabled bays....whats the law state on the correct markings of disabled bays ....?

Cant believe it, another bloody ticket this time off chorley council, parked in a disabled bay with the bloody markings worn out, and no other signes around stating that it is a disabled bay, ive no bloody luck, what should i do...?

The fact is monkey, i want them to cash that cheque , then i can take them to court, i shall be sending out court orders to the clamping company, the management company and the land owners, i will be claiming for harassment my money back with intrest and the corrispondance that theve sent me up to now, i have accounts at the courts....

Latest is , theve had my cheque now since the 1st of march (sent registered post), and not cashed it , i got someone to ring them last wednesday to conferm this, it looks to me like they are bumping the fine up, the 28 day deadline went past yesterday, on their invoice it states it goes up another 40 quid, if this isnt harrastment i dont know what is...

Oh , the other thing i did today was go to the shops on the retail park, i canceled my account with choices video and told them it was impossible to continue to go there, as the clamping company have wrote to me to tell me that thell seize my car and tow it away if it enters the car park again, they got in touch with their head office, i also spoke to the manager of lidl who said i quote, "no-one asked these clampers onto this car park, there a pain in the arse, ive been onto head office frequently to get shut of the idiots"...."there never was a problem here"....

Thats OK Pat... This is a very large award winning management group from Liverpool, it beggars belief why they associate with these thugs But they put me through to the area manager who manages this retail park on a day to day basis, and he went straight onto the defensive saying, "we don't get a penny for this" i said i never assumed you did "its nothing to do with us how they conduct their business "i said " WHAT !

Pat, on the phone he admitted that he appointed national clamps, to police the retail park, therefore its a lot to do with them,ime trying to find out who exactly i owe the money too.......

I wrote to the management of the retail park today, after speaking to them on the phone, they told me they don't make any money from it and it was nowt to do with them, so i sent them a letter asking did they appoint the clamping clowns and that i intend to sue....

Sorry for going on a bit, but i had this thought, if its true what the police said to me and every road accessible to the main roads be it private or not, comes under the road traffics act, right, does this mean that these clampers can issue tickets under their noses and get away with it ! doing the policing themselves where does it stop ?..can they add on to their signs that they could issue tickets for worn tyres, wiper blades,emissions, etc, could i buy a stretch of road and put speed cameras and signs on it record their numbers get their addresses from the d.v.l.a and issue them penalty notices ?..... We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to Outlaw Private wheel clamping and vehicle removal companies.

Bollocks to appealing , if you think your being unfairly treated, pay your 30 quid and have your day in court, these appeal boards are a joke....

Where does the law state by paying a ticket your accepting the penalty rob ?

I phone the Trading standards and they gave me the phone number to the British Parking association.... who all piss in the same pott and dont deal with the public...

Listen this pete, when i went down to the police station the best they could come up with is that if they didnt do me, the police could have done it, because apparently she said the law changed three years ago that it didn't matter if it was private land or not, any pc can issue a ticket, so i said well why don't the police patrol the private car parks, she said, there too busy....

I volunteer to be the first case.....We will come accross problems like addresses etc but these greedy morons always go limited to protect themselves, kinda ironic isnt it, oh and use offshore accounts and directors...kinda clever but not clever enough....
