Hi there, I have just joined and seeking advice on reclaiming bank charges from HSBC. I have already written to the bank twice 1st letter on 21 Feb and again on 4th April and havent had a satisfactory response. I only got an acknowlegment letter stating that they are investigating but I think that they are just hoping I will not pursue this further. I want to put a claim through the small claims court but wanted to hear from other HSBC clients who have gone through the same process and how long it took for them to recover their money and if you went to court whether you won or not.
