Hi all. How are things? Sorry I aint been on in a while but Ive been busy moving. Im now over in N.Ireland with a new job and have left sunny Manchester behind. Any developments recently. I havent heard anything yfrom court or HSBC for ages. I just hope I dont have to travel all the way back to Bolton court to settle this thing.

Well I hope I can make it last a bit longer now. Still cant afford to do an awful lot. Hopefully that pay day is coming soon!!!!

Hi all. Just thought I would stop by to see if there have been any developments in last few weeks. Ive been away with work and am totally out of touch now. Worse, my wife hasnt sent off SAR yet!! I believe court date for OFT has been set for January. Getting closer now.

Hi there. Like you I have tried everyting, will power, patches, gum (yuk!!!!), books, and everytime I manage between 1 day and 6 weeks. Can I go to my GP and just ask for a Zyban prescription. Ive heard through others that it is the best thing.

It only says that it has been stayed due to the OFT case and "OF THE COURT'S OWN INITIATIVE". It also says judgement was set aside "Upon reading the defendant's letter". I didnt have time to go to the court today, but I intend going tomorrow to 1. ask for my enforcement money back.(The cheque cleared from my account yesterday, £55) 2. to ask to see a copy of what DG sent in. Im also leaving HSBC as soon as I get a new a/c set up and transfer my pay, d/ds etc. Do you think they will give my money back?? Thanks Audrey for the above posts.

Does anyone think I should apply for a removal of the stay? Is there any point or should I just wait for the OFT case and build up some more interest?
