  2. Hi I bought an electric scooter on a Group on offer, although sceptical, I trusted group on. When it arrived my fears where confirmed and it hasn't got the torque (power) and I wanted to return it. I had the usual perfunctory instant non-help and then no one got back to me. When I approached the company Sto Racing Products, they had the attitude of "what did you expect" and that I had negated their returns policy by even riding it once. I rode it for a 100m and new it was no good. I approached them to complain to no avail and also group on to no avail. I want my money back and I don't even expect to be reposting it, I have threatened to take it further and no response. I have also checked on ebay and all the scooters of that power rating are considered "kids" and this was not the case in the advert. What can I do

  7. Hi Cat Your just a bit ahead of me in the process, well done I got the same letter they said 'goodwill gesture' £330. I'll do the same and wont accept. They then offered you £1500 or something, thats them on the run surely. The LBA letter isn't quite right seeing though they have responded and given me an offer, did you just customize this a bit. I don't want to cock it up!

  11. Hi I live in a shared house, they have saddled me with the cost of the whole place and for everyone who has lived here in that time. I have approached them a number of times and apparently it's my responsibility because i still live here. I don't understand why I've got to record the dates of everyones else's movements and possibly pay for the tax if they can't be found. I have no forwarding addresses. I just want to pay my share. I have bailiffs final notices and it's going back to the council for there next move. What's going to happen ? any advise gladly received
