Just found out this morning (for some reason BOS don't like people who sleep later than half eight) that they cancelled the charges i mentioned above. It's so nice to find this out after one of the charges is due to come off.

i recieved a letter today from the BOS Retail Bank Collections saying i am overdrawn unauthorised, which i am not disputing. I checked my account online today and found that had two letters sent to me one dated the 31st March the other dated 1st April, both saying i was being charged £28 pounds for being overdrawn, one at the end of April the other the end of May. Have decided to phone the bank tomorrow to argue the two charges, just need an idea of what to say.
