hy guys new member still finding my way around, give you little about my claim, sent all letters, at the end they credit my account with £1400, told them did not except wanted the full amount of £5,000, they would not take credits back. i am now taking the abbey to court, after spending £230 on court fees. I need advice on how to present my case, dont want to let any of you guys down.
