Got the guy's name not position. I'll probably call em tomorrow and check that its getting sent. Also, off the cuff the guy was able to say that my charges had been £1530 over the last six years. This strikes me as a bit low, and I was surprised that he had this info ready.. hmm

Hi all, I am actually a little way into this procedure already, but thought I'd post on here since discovering the forum. I wrote asking for datails of charges from Barclays on Jan 1st. They responded with an almost immediate offer of £750 without giving me my statements. I then sent them another letter asking them again, which they duly ignored. It is now 45 days since the first request for my charges, and I've just got off the phone to them, having got a promise to get my statement within the next 5 days. Fingers crossed this will arrive. Reading this site as we speak, and hopefully I'll be seeing some cash in the next few weeks from them.
