I know this is not totally connected to the last reply, but I am chasing the tsb for my charges, it has taken 3 months to get the copy of charges. they arrived today, but lo and behold they are someone elses charges> Now if the fella is registered here then he knows who he is I have written to him. but seriously i feel that this is a serious breach of the data protection act can anyone give me some feedback on the legalities of this? I think they are merely trying to delay but it is my opinion that this is a big legal no no on their behalf. someone help me out before the pound signs flash before my eyes toom uch.
