    Philm4 posted a topic in PCWorld

    I bought an Advent laptop just over 2 years ago from PC World.One of the hinges has fallen apart & the bottom part of the screen is now cracked.The laptop has now died completely.I took it to PC World who just accused me of dropping it,which I didn't.They are refusing to recognise the sales of good act,where can I go fromhere.
