  1. Yes recieved some documents with terms and conditions on but it doesn't have a signiture on it anywhere. What do I do next?
  2. I thought barclaycard not sending out credit agreements would be a good thing?
  3. Thanks for the reply. I'll make sure I put bigger images in next time. Also I didn't mention that I think I have royally f***ed up, I signed the cca requests and sent them cheques, which obviously had my signiture on. How likely is that a bank will forge this onto a credit agreement, seems unlikely to me even for a bank.
  4. I took out a credit card with morgan stanley, barclaycard took it over a couple of years ago. I have cca'd them and they have sent back a letter which acknowldges my request. Attached are the letter, the first two pages and the last page of the terms and conditions they sent. They state in the letter that they are sending the credit agreement 'under separate cover', does this mean that the other document they sent is not my credit agreement or have they mistakenly put them in the same envelope? How long do I give them to come up with a proper credit agreement? Thanks in advance
  5. Surley each case should be reviewed on its merits, to my mind putting a blanket suspension on all of these cases is very wrong. Do they think that judges are getting it wrong or that the banks are getting it wrong when they pay up before going to court? The problem has got too and big by doing this over the next 1 or 2 years while the case is sorted a lot of people, most people will lose interest. The banks may have unlawfully taken money of people, money which they have had to do without for some time , and now have to wait even longer to get back, there needs to be some sort of compensatory payment that people can claim once the banks are found guilty.
  6. This is not good is it? This is gonna drag on and on, people are gonna lose interest and motivation. Sounds like were all getting shafted by the system.
  7. Recieved first letter back from YB today, they say that they acknowledge the complaint but are unable to deal with it at the moment due to legal preceedings they have with the OFT. They also state that the FSA has suspended the normal timetable for dealing with bank charges complaints. Is this true?

  11. Just about to post prelim letter asking for my money back, forgot about adding up debit interest when going through charges, do I need to put this in and if not is it worth going through the statements again for it ? Cheers
