Thanks for your help guys, really appreciate it! I'm just wondering the 1st letter i sent to lloyds that my friend gave was different to the one on this website. wil this make a difference to the next letter that i send to lloyds?! Sounds silly i know but i just want to make sure before i the next letter that you suggested. Their reply to me was that they feel their charges are fair!!! Which i feel is totally a way to et out of it. Thanks

Hi, This is my first time on here, my friend was previously helping me out with sending a letter to lloyds reagrding their bank charges and requesting a refund of mine, total of £3385!!!! Today i received a letter back from them explaining how they feel there is nothing wrong with their bank charges and they won't refund them back to myself. I now need some advice on what letter to send to them now, as i'm completely stuck and am in some urgent need of help!!!! Help Me, Help Me!!!!!
