  1. No. Well not yet. This might change as i read my way through the various posts about it! Joined to discuss other matters.
  2. The store manager said they wanted to resell it and didn't want to risk any further damage while we were using it!
  3. Dicovered this site when looking for problems similar to mine and was not particularly surprised to find a number of people with Land of Leather issues. Had a sofa delivered which cost £1300 which upon inspection was found to be damaged. This probably happened when the delivery guy dropped it from the back of the van, scraped it along my ceiling and then ripped the plastic off with a screwdriver. (just a hunch!) After many phone calls they have accepted responsibilty and intially offered to repair it. I declined. They are now going to replace it at the beginnng of March but only if they collect the damaged one next week leaving us without a sofa for a month. When i told them this was not acceptable i was told there was nothing else they could do. Can someone help and tell me where i stand. I think this is totaly unreasonable.
  4. Just discovered and joined the forum today so just saying a quick hello.
