I have just spoken with Mr P and he was a very nice guy. I am looking to come to an agreement with him without going to court and able to keep my account open!!

Hi, I'm new to this site. I have just received a letter from N&P saying that they will be closing my account on the 12th March!!. Again I have an overdraft on this account and they want this repaid which I am not in a position to do so in one go. They are also say that they will give me back 50% of my charge. Which i'm not happy with I want 100% back. What do I do now!!. Tinkerbell
