  3. got the same letter. would prefer them to take me to court.
  4. i went through my emails and in december i emailed them telling them that due to their harassment all future correpondences must be in writing.
  5. that would be great brigadier was trying to get an email address for them. basically threatening to send "men" to the house. like i said nothing like this should have been discuss with anyone other than myself.
  6. well it looks like they are breaching lots of laws. I came home today to be told these cowboys had phone had threatening my family with lots of actions. she was very upset. it is one chasing me but it is totally different threatening my family.the numbers used were 01133510050 and 020780877. who should i complain too. forgot to say what happen apparently they phoned first and asked my family to phone another number. can this be right?
  7. Andrew Hart's actions are repulsive. The OFT should have stopped clowns like this long ago. The only way to deal with him is through the courts again.
  8. Just had a phone conversation with credit resource solutions ltd who are dealing with my lending stream account. I asked them to tell me how had been paid off my account so far. They told me there had been one repayment. I know this is completely wrong because they took 2 different payments without telling me in February. The damning thing about lending stream is they appear to be deducting money from bank accounts and not updating their system. Something is very wrong with this company at the minute.
  9. In my cases it was definitely an official court case. The problem was their claim in the case had the wrong figures i.e they said the origional loan was £160 when in fact it was £120. I think over a week later they must have realised their mistake and sent another copy of the court paper stating it was "amended". The first point was that this was not an official court paper you could tell because of a few differences. it was one they made themselves. the second point being i believe they cannot just amend a claim when it has already been issued. To amended would have meant seeking permission from a judge.
  10. in the t&c's point 1.7 its states about fees for letters being £12. It goes on to said "we reserve the right to charge you any reasonable fees we incur in the instruction or involvement of 3rd parties for tracing you, debt collection, returned payments or court action." They should be proving the fees they have added are "reasonable" i think you will find they are not reasonable.
  11. i got a court summons i went as far as telling the court i would be defending it on the basis of not having received statements, cca etc. In the end it was settled out of court for a lesser amount I just need to check next month that the credit file has been updated.
  12. I agree tell them you have higher priority debts and that they will be in the queue.So it's in THEIR interest to come to a sensible arrangement. Do not agree anything that you cannot afford. I don't think textloan enter references on your credit files whereas other companies do.
  13. i spoke to the call centre. they said if there was an agreement between me and lending stream there was nothing they could do. I made them aware that the agreement was 3 years earlier but they still couldn't do anything. I have logged a complaint with halifax since finding out just how many people lending stream have done this to.
  14. If you read the other lending stream threads this has happened to loads including me. Halifax washed their hands of it. Lending stream are definitely breaching the guidelines.
  15. hi my bank is halifax and it is a visa debit card. can believe this has happen to so many people the money was taken 3 years after the loan on my account. Something seriously wrong with this company's tactics.
